Seat Heater Problem
Want to know if anyone else is facing this problem.
My passenger seat heater now turns on, and will not turn off whenever I drive my 2006 C6. It blinks and switches from green/red. The joy of having a passenger in my car in the middle of the summer with the seat heater on can only be imagined.
I'm already having a part replaced on the automatic top, the top kept getting stuck part way up, so I'll just have the dealer try to fix this then.
Two problems in the last month on a car with 3000 miles. Love the car, but this is getting a little frustrating. No passengers, no top down in the middle of the summer as I wait for the next opening for a certified corvette mechanic at the dealer. (Two weeks)
Anyone else facing this?

Seems like I remember several '05's having issues with the heaters, you might do a search and see if you can come up with anything.
My neice's car(not a vette) had the seat heaters short out while she was driving the car, almost caught the seats on fire....
Good luck

Thanks for the warning. I'll call the dealer today and tell them what you told me. Hot seats are one thing, burned out car is something completely different. (Especially with a big gas tank)

Uhhh...
You are pressing on the bottom of the switch to turn off the heater? Pressing on the top part just cycles between high and low, must push on the bottom to turn it off.
