If you spell it correctly, the search option is your friend.

It's Maxie Price. Here's a link.

Why would anyone buy a car from a fellow named Maximum Price?

No, but I just had a great experience dealing with Rick Daniel from Les Stanford Chevrolet. Got my 2007 fast, at the GMID price (saving approximately $5,600) and had it courtesy delivered to Tucson. It was so easy, it was almost scary. I would definitely check with him before you buy somewhere else. Good luck, you are going to love the car.

I had the same experience with Rick and saved about 7000 on a 2007 Corvette. The part that was best was how easy they made it to buy a car. Try it, you'll like it.

HEY!
I'm new to the C-6 forum (currently own a C-5). Please don't jump my a$$ for asking an innocent question. I searched the archives and read about problems with Z06 orders in the past. I don't want a Z06 and am just wondering if things are any better with them now.

My brother has bought his last 3 vette's from Maxie. I almost got mine from there till I ran across a guy here in town that HAD to sell his A.S.A.P. He had it 8 months, I got it for $16,000 less than the new sticker price.

Oh and he has never had a problem with them.

Yes! 1 week and 3 days ago I bought my second Corvette from Maxie Price in Loganville, GA (1st from them). The experience was wonderful! I dealt with Randy Pieffer the GM BuyPower salesman, and George the general manager. I bought a new '07 Convertible, VR, Ebony, Black Top, 3LT, MN6, Z51, U3U, Onstar. They allowed me to purchase it from them for GMS. I left my Volvo there overnight while I drove my vette home and they moved some cars around so I could park my car up front by the building. The next day when I drove back down to pick up my company car, they asked if I wanted some pictures of me and the vette in front of the building with all of the new Corvettes lined up behind. Very Cool!! They did all this for a customer who bought a car from them at GMS. I had nothing but a positive experience with them and wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with them again.

There were many threads about bad experiences at Maxi Price before they became a Forum dealer. They were better with Monica but soon returned to their old ways with the Z06. Why take a chance with them when there are many good Forum dealers to buy from.

Default Yes, no problems, just last week

Long story short.....

I tried to order a LMB coupe from Rick @ L.S. The normal promises were made. Due mostly due to the LMB constraints my order would have taken much longer than I wanted to wait before it was pulled from L.S. by GM.

I called M.P. on Thursday, they had an open LMB allocation that was getting pulled by GM the following Tuesday. On Saturday I went to their showroom, verified their open allocation with my own eyes, then placed my order. The TPW is 9/4. If I had waited on Rick @ L.S. my order would probably not even be pulled by then (again, due to the constraints and how many people were ahead of me).

IMHO, the fact that M.P. is no longer a forum sponsor is the reason they had an open LMB allocation for me to use. I had a very pleasant experience with them, they honored my discount on an ordered '07, and never said one thing to me that was in any way a lie, half truth, or exaggeration (something I've NEVER experienced at a car dealership until now). Whatever they did with the ZO6 orders in the past, I think they've learned their lesson.

I bought mine from Monica at Maxie Price and will do it again. It was the best deal I could get anywhere at the time and it was a very smooth purchase.

I was one of over 100 corvette forum members who got screwed by Maxie Price and Monica! I was #17 on Monicas Z06 list @ Msrp putting my deposit down $2000 november 2004, Monica keep me on the hook telling me (your order# will be picks up soon! ) In the mean time Maxie Price was selling all of there Z06s @ Above MSRP and not honoring there list at all! Monica and Maxie price are a bunch of greedy @#$%$
Finally asked for my Check back and got it may of 2006!
But all my complaining and all the other members got the corvetteforum too kick them off as a supporting dealer! Hope its costs them in the long run! If it was not for Maxie Price I would have had my Z06 for over a year now! But now I am dealing with a local dealer and should get my allocation this thursday the 17th!
STAY AWAY FROM MAXIE PRICE CHEVROLET!
