Ordered '07 Coupe Tonight
Hi folks,
Just joined the forum last month in preparation for buying a new Vette.
Made the move this afternoon. Ordered LMB coupe, MN6, Z51, 3LT. I was told 8 wk. delivery.
This is my 2nd Vette. Had a '75 4-speed that was hot-rodded. Many of you may recall that the '75 was the the lowest HP moder-era Vette, only 165HP. Bought it from a buddy who put true dual exhausts, 2.02" intake valve heads and hotter cam from one of the high HP 327's (don't remember which one). It ran pretty good after that.
In between Vette's had a couple of other high-performance cars including 87 Supra turbo and 98 Mustang GT. I modified both cars extensively, and both ran well.
Looking forward to the new Vette and I know the 8 weeks is going to seem like forever.
Oh, I will wave (I did with the '75)!

Thanks, everyone.
I test drove a C6 last weekend and was quite impressed (even for a short test drive).
My others cars were fairly quick, but they didn't have 400 HP so I'm looking forward to the extra 80-100 horses.
