Default New license plate frames

Well I went ahead and ordered the body color license plate surrounds. I picked mine up form Top Flight Reproductions since I had had such good experience with them on my removable front plate bracket. Of course the order process couldn't have been simpler. Once done I received my confirmation of payment. Within a day I received a very nice email from one of the partners letting me know my package shipped and providing my tracking number. I installed them this morning. Here are a couple pics. It is raining quite heavily right now so the outdoor pics will have to wait. The color match is good and the fit and finish good. Anyway, they really finish off the plates nicely.

Best looking set-up I've seen for a C6 front plate...but...what's the penalty in your state for not having one?

I don't know. I do know when I first bought the car I was stopped twice in the first week as it didn't come with the front plate bracket. I was let off both times with a warning as I had a slip from the dealer showing that they had ordered me one. After the second stop I ordered the Topflight product and had it the next day. I won't go thru that again. Too many small town LEO's with a grudge around here. I don't need to give them any excuse to be pulling me over.

Looks good paul, can you remove the bracket with ease?I need a solution to this plate thing for when I get a sticker each year.I do not run a front plate the rest of the time,If the weather was better I would meet you at starr drive in.

Mark,

Yep, comes off with two wing nuts. It looks like it might be clearing, we can hook up later and you can check it out. I held off on planning the trip to the star since it was going to rain. Actually you can come here and grab a beer at the same time. (only two miles from the star). Here are some pics I posted previously of the bracket along with the link.

I've seen the white (don't know if it was your's or not) but I really loved the look. It was one of the first inspirations for me to get these.

TALON:
What a great look and finishing touch for the front and rear - - for someone so meticulous, it is clearly the finishing touch!

Frankly, I'm glad our state doesn't require a front plate - - but where it is required, I've never seen a better, more seamless method of mounting.

Thanks for the post!
