Finally Hit Event Code 3400 (Again)!
What could be worse than the wait at event code 3400 - how about doing it twice? 
My first order at the very end of June (allocated in early July) turned out to have been placed wrong by the dealer and I caught it during a routine status check with the dealership. 
OK, bummer, but at least I didn't have to show up with cash in hand only to find out it wasn't the Vette I ordered. 
Luckily, my dealer had another allocation already scheduled and I was given it and the order modified. I only lost about three weeks. 
Will there be any permanent psychological damage from this awful trauma? Will I suffer flashbacks and night sweats only to be doomed forevermore to a life of vette semi-smile?
Nawwww - I got over it cuz a new vette just does that for ya.

That should be done the very first day the order goes in.
Actually, I did verify the order verbally, but didn't actually see the GM Distribution screen image. That's why I wanted to share this lesson.
