Has anyone had experience with these people? On 8/5 I placed a small internet order with them for which they charged my credit card on 8/7. It was posted to my account on 8/8. As of this moment I have received nothing (besides the charge to my account) - no merchandise, and,most annoyingly - no response whatever to the three e-mails I have sent them inquiring about the status of my order. Is this really the kind of service they give to all their customers?
