Got mine from Fichtner, a forum sponsor dealer. Saved me over $400 over what my local dealer was asking. Here's a link.

I'm not big on extended warranties, but considering that my C6 is a weekend toy that doesn't accumulate much mileage & the complexity of the electronics, I went for it. Ken Fitchner offers a great price & has a good reputation on the Forum.
PaulZ, send me your VIN and current miles and I will send you a quote immediately.

Although I've also never been a strong proponent of extended warranties, I decided that I was going to try one for my '05 and hope I didn't end up needing it. I went with Dennis Fichtner and got a very good deal.

I think the price goes up in October as well.

Dennis helped me out also. I, unfortunately had purchased GMPP from my dealer, but when I wanted to extend it out to 5 years they wouldn't return my calls. Dennis got them to return my calls even though he couldn't sell me the coverage since I had already dealt with another dealer.

I would not wait too long. I just bought one from Dennis last week and he told me that they maybe reclassifying the Vette soon. They want to put it up there with the Cadillac warranties. So that means more to shell out.

What does Major Guard Cover?
It's as simple as this: If it's not on the very short list of what's not
covered, IT'S COVERED.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED?
Maintenance services and parts, physical damage, glass, lenses, seal
beams, light bulbs, and tires. Components not installed by the vehicle
manufacturer. Bumpers, sheet metal, body panels and parts. Carpet,
hinges, trim, upholstery, convertible tops, molding and bright metal.
Air and water leaks, wind noise, odors, weather strips, squeaks,
rattles, paint, rust, carburetor, contaminated fuel system, exhaust
system, catalytic converter, brake drums and rotors, shock absorbers and
batteries.

The shocks are NOT COVERED but all the electronics for them in the car are covered. They still consider shocks to be a maintenance item. If you have any problems with them make sure they are fixed under the factory 36/36.
