radio question

radio question
My 06 Bose radio volume and channel **** are loose. They dont have much of a positive "click". While driving its hard to change up/down just one click without skipping. Of course over time it will only get worse. Im sure there is nothing that can be done about this correct? Any one else have this issue?

well, it certainly isnt going to get better and the *** get tighter over time
