i HAVE A C6 WHICH I HAVE A NAVIGATION SYSTEM AND ALSO A DVD SLOT TO PLAY THE DVD'S. I'M NOT SURE IF MY DVD SYSTEM DOESN'T READ THEM OR I JUST DONT HAVE THAT INSTALLED IN ORDER TO PLAY THEM. ANYONE HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT I SHOULD DO ?

Does your navigation system work ok? If so, then you must have the Nav DVD inserted correctly. If not, then put it into the other slot.
Wlhen you open the Nav system by pushing on the button below the screen, you will see two slots. The Nav DVD goes in one of them and your music DVD goes in the other. They are marked with symbols and you should be able to tell which is which.
If the DVD's are inserted correctly...i.e. in the right slots and not upside down...and neither works, I'm not sure what is wrong. As mentioned above, you might also read the Owner's Manual. With the Nav system you only have one slot for a music DVD.

i didnt seen no caps lock button. ? But i did see that my dvd for navigation and still no works on the actual dvd's only on the navigation cd. Im going to call chevrolet or read manuel
