Default cold start shake

I tried the search, but perhaps I am not entering the correct "key" words.

Whenever I start my C6 (cold start), whe shaked just a little. The whole car, kind of like a wobble, abuot 2 seconds then settles down. I'm not afraid of anything being wrong, I simply wonder what is going on?

I may be wrong, but I believe that the bit of shake we all get is because we have large valves, set up for performance and because we don't have variable valve timing (because of the push rods), we get some shake. I think that it takes in a bit more gas than needed at idol.

Thanks everyone, as I suspected...sounds like everything is OK. There are still some things that I need to get used to, and it'll take time. This machine is a lot different from my Mustangs were...a lot better too!
