Default My Solid top Already Foamed

My Monterey Red car was built on 5/25/06. I have the poly roof based on the dark charcoal grey color of the panel underside and it weighs 21-22 lbs.
Yesterday I went through the 05112D test using my solid top. After removing the rear latch I found foam underneath.
Since the car was taken off the carrier at 1:00pm on June2nd and delivered to me at 9:00am on June 3rd, I'm assuming that the top was foamed prior to the build date.
My vin is within the range of the 05112D. When the dealer runs my vin nothing comes up as needed. The fact that it is already foamed probably accounts for this and may be the reason I'm not experiencing any separation.
Do you agree?
Did anyone else do what I did?

It sounds as if you are seeing evidence of the "triple bonding process" that the plant switched to while waiting for the arrival of the SMC tops from the vendor.

Anyone know at what built date they started the triple bonding process?

Thanks
