New runflat replacement help
I picked up my 07 vert on 9/29, and picked up a "chunk of metal" in my left rear tire one week later. The tires are new for the 07 C6s and Goodyear does not seem to have any or many in stock; currently working with the dealer to find out what options are available.
Wondered if anyone else has had the terrible luck to already have to replace a F1 super car emt tire, so soon in the production year?
I'm particularly interested in what if any help Goodyear offered/provided.

I replaced my first tire at about 2,000 miles and the second at around 7,000.
You received a GY tire warranty brochure (small 3-fold) with your owners manual, etc. when you took delivery of the car. The tire should be repaired (if repairable) or replaced (if not repairable) for free under the warranty (this is the case until 12,000 miles or 2/32 tread wear whichever comes first..it'll be 2/32).
Both times I've had tires replaced the GY store had to order. Once from the other side of the state and the second time from the other side of the country. They are not a common tire.
