First post, and questions!
(1) Colors - I’m looking at Silver Mettalic exterior (I always buy silver sports carsfor some reason) with Ebony / Titanium two-tone seats. I’m also looking at the Competition Grey wheels for her… will this be a good combo for a silver Vette? I think it will, but I haven’t seen one like it yet… Thoughts?
(2) Suspension packages/brakes/tire upgrades - I’m leaning towards the MSRC suspension with the upgraded brake kit. This will give me some flexibility on the bad city roads around DC. I love the idea of the Z51 package, but it might be a little too stiff... Any thoughts from your experience with both set-ups? Is the Z51 ok for daily pounding?
(3) Packages - Are the features on the LT3 worth the money? (i.e., telescopic wheel, upgraded stereo, navi, XM, etc) I’m definitely leaning towards the LT3 with Navi and XM, but not sure if I couldn’t get by with the LT2 package. I'm afraid I will kick myself later if I don't get all the bells and whistles...
Sorry for all the questions, but other than my condo, this is the biggest purchase I’ve ever made! I’ve always wanted a Corvette, and since I’ve been to 4 funerals in the last month, I realized that life is short and I’m ready to drive a Vette every day! My Dad owned a ’65 Vette, so I need to keep the tradition going.
That’s about all I can think of for now, other than finding the BEST price. Thanks in advance!

several have shown pictures with the wheels you are considering.
2. I have the Z51 and it is pretty stiff if the roads you drive are bad. If not I think the Z51 is the best bang for the buck of the selections. 3.I chose the 3lt package but did not get "on star " or nav. (we have a Garmin) But I agree with the others you will love the HUD.
Life whether long or short you need a VETTE. In my humble but accurate opinon.
I'm deciding now and will place an order very soon, will let y'all know what I end up with!
Wow, I haven't been this excited about a car since I had my old '66 Mustang GT when I was 18
is going to be MN6 like both my C5s have been. If I had to deal with the beltway or a ton of stop and go, I might consider the A6.When I was first looking at C5s I thought the HUD was a potentially annoying gimmick, and actually was concerned enough that I had to be sure I could turn it off.
Well, it took all of about 1 minute to realize I love the HUD, and I NEVER turn it off!!
I can't wait to have the Nav and g meter included in the new updated HUD. IMO, it's a must-have option, and makes the 3LT the only package I'd consider, even if heated seats in Florida is a bit unnecessary. When you finally get your vette, don't forget to wave!

and the seat really is important The LT1 seat just doesnt hug you the same way. This car is a new generation of driving for a corvette
keep in mind you cant change brake pads with the racing rotors they cant be cut must get new rotors each time plus pads the standard Lt2 rotors you can just change the pads much much cheaper. Just don't get the Lt1 . This car drives and handles better then my merecedes.
