I haven't used OC, but I have used PowerTrain Dynamics in Huntington Beach. He's located on Graham St. and you can find him on the web. It's by appointment only so you'll need to leave a message on his answering machine or send him and email. Since he's not always in the shop it may take a couple days for him to get back to you.
I will tell you that I've had great success with Steve, when your car is on the rack his time is dedicated to your car. Phone calls to the shop will go unanswered. He's very thurough and will work until it's running right.
