Default Winter projects

Winter is coming and I am starting to work on my projects. My first mod is to enhance the engine compartment. I would like to see some pictures if anyone would like to share.

Thanks.

Do it the easy way. Send the car to Lingenfelter for the 403 engine package. If you want to dress up the engine bay, have them add a set of their fuel rail covers.

Here's a older picture of my engine bay. I have a Vararam Intake now, so I got rid of the painted air bridge. I also ordered Pipedreams chrome engine caps to replace the WCC polished ones.

Default Engine Mods

Painted two tone FRC's, Chrome caps, and not shown painted hood liner by Naked Parts. Good Luck engine mods are fun.

Here's what I have been working on this year. Painted FRC's from Fred Beans, and I added acrylic (raised) letters. Painted radiator cover and air bridge from the Vetteshop. Caps, alt. and fuse box covers from Pipedreams (Nakid Parts). Battery cover on the way.

Well... here's my suggestion to dress her up. It does seem to draw a crowd when the hood is up.

Many places have them. I bought mine from GS Creations ($40 plus shipping), but others such as ZIP carries them as well. They are GM licensed, so look around. Just make sure you order the acrylic ones, not the vinyl.

Ed from Nakidparts.com (formally Pipedreams). I bought all of my caps, alt. and fuse box covers from him.

Yes. Not too sure if he sells it individually or as a set (I got mine as a set, all the caps plus the dipstick). Ed is a great guy and I am sure he will work with you if you only want the dipstick. I think he is on line now so give him a call.

By the way, the Vetteshop and Fred Beans are great as well, and I highly recommend all of them for any of your mods.
