help window valet

can anyone tell me the steps to make my window valet work I bought it for my c6 still dont work thanks

There are no "steps". You plug it in to the OBDII port and when you click your remote fob unlock three times the windows go down. Click lock three times and the window goes up. Does that portion of your's work? These are the standard features, with some programming there are some additional tricks that it will do but lets start with the basics.

after I plug it I try the lock and unlock but nothing happen
