something different to argue about

which color goes 2nd best with the clear top? Obviously Black is best, if you make the arguement without posting a picture, you might as well go to one of the Z51/F55 or to emblem or not rants.

this is just an excuse to get something to look at while the snow flys, it will be a long cold wait till April

I disagree.......I think silver is the #1 color for the clear top. With all the black accents on the car, the black top goes perfectly.

Oh yea......it's going to be a WONDERFUL, GREAT, winter....with the top always off

I have the silver and think its a good match. You get the same with the yellow which is a color that works with black accents and I think it blends in there real nice as well.

I had a clear top for my Victory Red coupe, but I sold it because I didn't like how it looked with red.

Actually, I am glad you brought this up because you are confirming what I was thinking when I ordered our LS3. We went with Monterey Red with a color-matched top thinking the car didn't benefit from the extra black. Besides, we like sparkles, the more the better.

I think the transparent top goes well with DSOM (actually it goes well with any color in my opinion).

I was wondering if it was just me, I am ordering Victory Red, and do not like the look of the clear top with that color but I know I much prefer it from the drivers seat. Paying 1400 dollars for the painted top so I can take pictures of it seems like a waste, but paying $50K for a car that I don't think looks good is an even bigger waste. So I pretty much have to order both. Have considered Atomic Orange, which looks good with it, and Black of course, but I am determined to get Victory Red.
