stock shifter question

Default stock shifter question
The stock shifter on my 750 mile '07 vert. is sort of "notchy" from 1st to 2nd under medium to heavy acceleration. Is that normal? I know all about the skip shift and have not yet installed cags. Sometimes but not most, it almost makes it difficult to shift.

It's not the smoothest shifter around, you will get used to it in time. Make sure to install the cags it takes 5 minuets and four of those are jacking the car up.
