Passenger Door Problem
Just wanted to see if anyone has had a problem with the passenger door outside touch pad becoming inoperative. I dropped my 05 Coupe off at the dealer on Monday for the repair. They called late Monday afternoon and said that the touch pad was bad and had to be replaced. The new part won't make it there until today. Dealer called this afternoon and stated that touch pad did not fix the problem. They now say it must be some control module inside the door. Once again part will not arrive until Friday now. I really like my dealer service department and they have been great so far. But that being said, I am getting a little concerned they are out to lunch on this one. Any suggestions? (Shopdog) I hope you see this one and chime in. Thanks for reading and providing any suggestions. (Also posted in C6 Tech Section)

I've had problems with a low battery in the fob, but this shouldn't cause only one door not to work. Just thought I'd bring it back ttt. Good luck.

UPDATE:
I just picked up my 05 C6 from the dealer for the passenger door problem described above. As it turns out the part(s) that replaced are: GM 10446243 Switch and GM 15852979 Regulator. All is well now as the passenger door works as advertised. Just wanted to post a follow-up in case anyone else may experience the same problem.
