Default Pipedreams Splash Guards

Just finished installing Pipedreams splash guards. Front install quick and easy with male/female pin assembly. Rear using U clips somewhat more challenging. After spilling some blood I gave in and opened clips up a little. Big difference and they still seem very secure. Very happy with appearance. Not intrusive at all and have a OEM look. Most definitely will help protect paint.

Thanks. A few months ago I added this to the instructions since each car seams a little different

" If the clips are very tight you can bend the spikes a little to ease installation."

Sets are ready to ship tomorrow LINK

I guess you get better with practice... I put my new set on today in 20 minutes or so, took at least 45 minutes the first time. :o Now I feel "protected" again.
BTW, when my first set came off after about 8500 miles, there was zero scratching under the flaps. And of course no stone damage on the fender wells or rockers.

Why did you remove the first set?

Body shop took them off when I trashed one fender. Looking for more damage they said. Since I had a second set I was OK with that. See the story here:
