Default Trunk dimensions

Ok so I cant find anyone brave enough to let me test fit my wheelchair in their C6 so I was wondering is anyone would mind measuring their trunks width length and depth at the shallowest point. Trying to find out if my wheelchair will fit in a C6 like it does in my C5.

How did you get a wheelchair into the trunk of a C5? Was it a full size wheelchair? I have ordered a small folding one (back folds down) with 12" wheels for a friend and I hope it will fit the trunk of my new C6, but I haven't tried it yet. I plan to take the foot rests off and put them beside the chair. I know the C6 trunk is somewhat smaller than the C5, but I don't know by how much. Also are you talking about a convertible or coupe?

My coupe's storage area has these dimensions --

These are measured at the floor of the area:
width at the rear wall: 58.5"
width between the rear wheel arches: 42"
length from the rear wall to the back of the wheel arch: 9.25"
length from the rear wall to the lip at the front of the storage area: 38"

height from the floor of the area to the bottom of the hatch weather seal (most shallow height): 10"

lift height from ground to trunk opening: 38"

Hope this helps,

Wayne

Thanks for the help. I will have to measure the chair today. My wheelchair fits perfectly in the back of the C5. But it is a semi tight fit.

The C6 hatch opening is larger than the C5. Not sure about the depth. The only difference may be the water management area in the front of the opening (where the water used to drip on the speakers on the C5)
