Its a Discovery channel video, Corvette: rebuilding an icon. I got it off of the Discovery website a month ago for $10. Its great I probably watched it 10 times already.

I rented it from Netflix. It was ok, but I thought it could've been a lot better.
It really only covered a very short time period. Directly around the time of the unveiling at the car show. Would've been a lot better to see its development from the beginning. The title is kind of misleading.

Tom Peters did the first sketches in the fall of 1999 and the first wind tunnel testing was done on the nose in 2000. The plan was initially for a 2003 launch for the 50th anniversary.

thanks for the reminder--I have a "off the air" video tape of this show--missing the first couple of minutes--always wanted to order the DVD of it....with the price drop from 20 to 10 bucks they may be dumping remaining stock--if you want one get on board. Just ordered mine.

I like the version that came with 05 C6s better. It left out all the parts about the guy trying to get the pics.
