Default quick question on interior lights

Is there a way you can change the orange light that is on the passenger side next to the visor that shines on the center console. If you can what type of bulb does it take and how do I change it..

Thanks to anyone that can help

it is an LED... i changed mine to a white one.... it shines up the shifter area quite a bit.... it may be nicer if your int lamps are blue or red....

to remove holder just twist it... the LED pulls straight out

Very easy mod...5mm LED (blue LED is part # 276-316; various colors available) at Radio Shack. Remove passenger visor clip; LED socket pulls straight out. Do a quick fitment test for polarity then cut leads down to appropriate length before buttoning it all up. < 5 min total time.

The led I purchased had leads that were approx 1/2" long; you only need approx 1/8 - 3/16" ... unless you want the led projecting through the hole in the bracket. Use the original led as a gauge.
