you can buy from car domain, crutchfield, ebay, circuit city. Find what you want then search for the best price. You are buying on price alone on the internet anyways, might as well shop around.

Sure I could Google all the car audio sites and buy from the lowest price BUT I am more interested in good customer service, a vendor who will stand behind There products. That’s way I ask for advice from those with first hand experience After all isn’t that what this forum is all about????

Crutchfiled, hands down. I have purchased several stereos and miscelleaneous equipment from them. Top service, instructions, returns, etc. Of course, you can typically find the same products a little cheaper elsewhere but they have the whole package as an on line retailer.

they will take back anything within 30 days and pay shipping both ways. I get all my electronics from them. Their price is = to best buy or circuit city. If you are going to upgrade the front speakers you will need these Speaker plates

Crutchfield does have excellent service, but the value isn't all there for me. Their products are very much "mid-fI" as well. I'd much rather buy eD or CDT (http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?..._account_ID=21) and save a lot of money (you've have to spend 4x as much at a big retailer to get that sort of quality). OR, I would spend the money and get the big brand good stuff: Focal, Dynaudio, JL Audio, MB Quart, etc.
I'm very **** about sound though.

away BTW this is NOT for my C6 but a Vette restore I am doing. Thanks all for all the good ideas
