You can swap. Just have to get the sensors reset for you car. Takes a minute with the proper tool. Dealer or tire shop will have it.
No, that sounds like about 10 times too much. They just have to flip a couple of switches then point a gadget at each wheel and press a button. Of course they may have a minimum, but that's usually something like 1/2 hour @ $75/hour or so, still way less than $100.00

Get a lawyer to do it - it would be cheaper.

Here's my video of what they do:
Click the picture above to see the use of the TIPS tool to register the sensors.
If you liked that one, here's a link to where you can see some more. The link below takes you to a thread where you can view a comparison of 3 different tools, then there are 3 videos using each of the tools to reset my sensors.
Beezeye helped me get a tool, that is what I would suggest. For 150-200 you can have your own tool and tell the service dept. to get lost for that sort of money. 100 bucks that is ridiculous, only takes about 3 minutes to do all four tires.

Call some local tire shops, I bet you can find one that will do it for less than $20. Discount tire here used to do mine for free. I bought a tool for my own convenience.
