Yes. Check the FAQ or DIY area of this forum and you'll find many underhood paint projects. The hood liner is a favorite it seem.

I have done both. The hood liner is time consuming but well worth the effort. The FRC's were simple. I used Krylon Fusion paint for plastics. Holding up well to underhood heat.

Do your own...be as creative as you want to be
It's only paint and plastic and easily redone if you don't like the results
