Don't take it personally. We all were 24 once. Also, onramps/offramps--if deserted, are not bad places to open it up a bit. I think 120 is probably too high, but you're not the only one who guns it on them. And cops are people, just like Vette drivers. Some d-heads, most decent and professional. Pulling you over for weaving was a good move on his part, btw. Getting the drunks off the road should be every cop's prime directive.
