tint window illinois
I want to tint my windows,I live in elgin illinois but some how I have a bad luck with police pulling me over,I have no speeding tickets,I dont drink,I dont race I think is just bad luck (or descrimination)I like to call it bad luck,is any official from illinois on the forum that can tell me what is illegal ?(tint windows)

I am not an Illinois state official, or an attorney for that matter, but the Illinois Compiled Statutes regarding vehicle equipment and configuration are simple enough for most laymen to read and understand without much difficulty.
Bottom LIne: To be legal in Illinois, leave the windshield and door glass alone. Go ahead and tint the hatch window or the rear window in a convertible top any way you like.
