i have the gray rhino ramps also. never had to use any wood to get on the car on them safely. they creaked a little when i rolled on, but they work fine. got them at walmart for cheap.

I was wondering the same thing. If the GP doesn't happen in the next week or two, I will have to run down to Walmart and buy some Rhino ramps so I can do my first oil change.

I was seriously looking forward to the group purchase, but if this is Ben's idea of "soon" or "a few days", I think it's pretty clear that their customer service is lacking.
Yeah, I'm disappointed with Brute as well. I have been waiting for them to get back to us as they had promised, but it makes no sense to wait any longer. I'm going to Wally's for the rhino's as well.
