Corvette enthusiasts in search of a unique ride will be excited by the introduction of the “Ron Fellows ALMS GT1 Champion Edition Z06”. Ron Fellows is a part of Chevrolet’s racing heritage, and he has been instrumental in the remarkable success of the Corvette Racing team. This special signature-series Z06 model that bears Ron’s name will forever link him to one of the greatest eras in factory racing, which has produced six consecutive ALMS GT1 Manufactures Championships, and still counting.
This special Corvette Z06 is the first signed special edition in Corvette’s 54-year history. Only 399 vehicles will be built for worldwide distribution and all will be produced within a separate three week production run. Approximately 300 will be available in the United States.
The exclusive nature of this Special Edition (option code Z33) will dictate access to a limited number of Corvette dealerships. Z33 allocation is included within previously communicated March 2007 Z06 estimated shipments and will be displayed as a constraint during DOSP cycles beginning February 22, 2007. Z33 constraints not utilized by the originally assigned dealer will be made available to other dealers with Z06 allocation. Orders may be placed beginning next week.
