Do you have a stock gas pedal laying around?
Bought custom aluminum pedals for my '06 LS2 GTO and destroyed the pedal trying to remove it. Plus found out what looked like rubber inserts was just hard plastic from the base, so can't put the aluminum on top.
Need a flat one like the Vette. I put a metal gas pedal on my '03 C5 but threw away the factory one thinking will never need it (duh!).
And could you please tell me how is the pedal secured on the back? Don't remember how mine was, other than it took me a minute to remove. The GTO has a pressed pin that's impossible to remove.
And finally, a picture front and back would be immensely appreciated, so I can buy one being reasonably confident it'd work.
