Default Engine Bay Modification Pics

Since I had the day off toady, I decided to customize my engine bay a bit. I'm not really into paying the big $$$ to get custom made parts, so I limited myself to a few DYI changes:

- Sticker delete, if I could see a sticker I removed it. (kept all of them of course)
- The current filler caps are too busy for me, I sprayed them a flat black for a cleaner look.
- Why the yellow dipstick on all C6 corvettes? I painted my red to match the fuel rail covers.
- Painted the understated embossed corvette logo on the air intake red also.

My intention was to paint only the raised parts of the logo, but after two attempts with a mini roller I was not able to keep the paint from speckling down into the lower areas. I decided that I would fill the entire logo for now and maybe fix/redo it later. Anyone else had any luck doing this?

Looks Good ! I like that stealthy, all-business appearance. Nice Job.

I painted the logo on my air bridge as well, but matched it to the actual color of the logo. I used testors model paint. I also painted the hoodliner using Pipedreams DIY instructions.
