I put the top down this morning to do some stereo work on it.
Later in the day, tried to put the power top up to get to
the rear speakers. Hitting the switch did NOTHING at all.
No messages on the DIC or anything.
I did have my battery out earlier in the day to get a power
wire through the firewall. Think I screwed up the electronics when
I put it back in ?
This is making me insane. I have been putting stereos in for 20
years and never had more problems than with my C6.

Help ! Anyone know how to reset everything ?
Did you disconnect the battery? If so, you will need to re-index your windows. Roll the window all the way up and release the switch. Then pull the switch up, like you are rolling the window up again, and hold for 3 seconds. Do this for both windows and voila! I bet your top starts working again.
jaxgator - that's pretty much what I did before I came back into the house and read your reply. I exhausted every other option, so I decided to pull the top up manually, roll both windows up, get out and close the doors, and presto - it worked. I didn't pull the switches up for 3 seconds, I just rolled both windows up and closed the doors.
This power top is very buggy.... I have read tons of posts about the safety switch in the trunk causing tops not to move, but I knew it wasn't that since I've already mastered that one...
Many thanks ! Oh, and FYI - if you ever need to find the XM tuner, it's in the center console underneath the Tonneau pull down cover (Corvette emblem on it). I am going to use the stock XM antenna on my Pioneer unit I am installing and found it by accident, so no extra antenna needed !
I have completed quite a bit today on the stereo upgrade, and am taking tons of pictures to document my journey so everyone else can benefit from my mistakes. (make sure you have lots of superglue to fix broken tabs...) I am replacing EVERYTHING - speakers, head unit, adding an amplifier and a bass tube for the trunk. Should be neat...

After I disconnected my battery with the top down, I had to do the same thing. Except I didn't figure it out until after I got caught in a 5 minute downpour. I had to quickly put my car cover on to keep the interior dry.
