Do any of you have a problem with glare on your navigation screen? I have this problem. I have a convertible. Do those of you with coupes have the same problem? I haven't tinted my windows yet, but I plan to do so in the near future. I hope that helps.
By the way, I love my C6. I'm not complaining, just looking for answers.
I did until I adjusted the screen. When I maxed the brightness/contrast settings, I could read the screen much better in bright sunlight.
By-the-way, the night brightness/contrast settings are separate from the day settings. Maxing the day settings does not make the screen too bright after sunset. Very nice feature...

Same here, but have the identical problem with my Acura.

Yep, in the morning and late afternoons the glare is horrible. You realize, of course, that getting your windows tinted won't help a bit when you've got your top down.

Plus the screen is virtually impossible to see with the top down and difficult -- at best -- during the day with it up. I haven't tried manually adjusting the brightness and contrast as described above but I have tried setting it on auto and daytime modes to no avail.

I agree. With polarized sunglasses it is difficult to read the touchscreen. But without them i have never had a problem. My windows do however have 5% tint on them. But even before the tint i didnt have a problem seeing the screen during the day.
OK,,,While we are on the topic of the screen.... is there any way to keep the Corvette logo on the screen when not using for navigation or radio???????????
Wasn't there something about "cheats"
I have the same problem, even with the brightness cranked way up. Don't want to hijack but kinda related question. At night the instrument lighting can not be turned all the way down to darkness like the old cars, right? Or is it just my car?
