I'm sitting at a stop light today, in nuetral, at idle (MN6). My hand is just lightly holding the steering wheel - not rolling.
The steering wheel subltly 'bumps' to the clockwise direction in only what I can describe as a firm pressure (like one might feel on a game console force feedback sensation). It happened only once.
RPM was reporting 600. I was thinking maybe my pwr steering belt slipped or something. Maybe the variable rate steering sensor glitched?
I searched the forum but didn't hit any matches. Has anyone experienced this? (I've got 3000 miles on the odometer).
Hmm maybe that new steering-by-wire system has a small short..
You're kidding right? The C6 doesn't really have steering by wire does it? Wouldn't that eliminate road feel, steering feedback? That's half the fun of driving a sports car.
