Beautiful car! You mention that you were planning on saving some dough by buying a C5. I just sold what I thought was the best car in the world... My beloved C5.
Since I've spent time behind the wheel of my C6, the fond memories of my C5 have faded. You will NOT be unhappy stepping up to the C6.
DEO, that looks AMAZING!! I just love the color! Kinda think of it though, all the colors look really good! What rims are those, I think they are just like my mystery rims.
Had a question though, did I get a good deal? I know that it isnt an amzing deal but I think considering its in like new condition, 10k miles, highest package(except naivigation), and has the added exhaust and rims. It was a "good" deal. Just to get a an idea of depreciation, if I was to try and sell it lets say this time next year(I don't think I will be, but just to know) how much do you think a reasonable private seller price i could expect.
Before I got old and rich I had always bought and sold them through the local classifieds; usually about 2 years old and sold them about 3 yrs later. Seems each one was very close to 3K per year depreciation. (80's and 90's) They really hold their value. A little higher per year as they get newer. Buying used from a Dealer is usually about 3K higher than private Ive found. Since I bought my C6 in 2005, I can't imagine ever selling it. I liked all my previous vettes but absolutely love my C6 in every way.
Wow, I cant beleive it was a owner from this forum that sold it to the dealership! I really like that, thanks for showing me.
I'm just worried about it being so low since im still going to be in cleveland till like september.....
I know its fairly easy to adjust height on a regular z51, but since this is a custom WCC bolts, is it still going to be easy to raise it? Thanks for all the feedback you guys, your cars all look amazing too!

Its raises up easy. Do a search on lowering and do just the oposite. Turn the bolts the other way to raise. Should take all of an hour with jacks.
Alright, Emailed the previous owner and he gave me his number to ask any questions I want. Other then "did you beat on it", do you guys have any questions I should ask him? I don't think he woudl lie considering its not his car anymore....
You chose, wisely! Congrats ... think you would have regretted the C5 option in the long run ...
Haha,yea thanks
Thats deffinatly why I chose the C6, I really liked the C5, but loved the C6..... If I'm already spending 25k+ on a car I might as qwell get something I will love and have no regretts!:o
