Called the dealer, my 07 went into production on March 9 and was scheduled for shipment today, the 19th, but nothing says it is a go. Also, they said there were some strikes in the "rail" system,, ?? I'm in North Central Arkansas, so I'm assuming my 07 should travel 100% by truck...
I'm starting to get a little excited... MR, Vert, Z51, manual, everything but OnStar.
The trucking outfit that does Vette's is called Allied. It takes only Vette's on these special trailer's(due to low clearance).
It is termed "released to Allied", meaning it could sit in a large parking lot with other Corvette's for a week or ten days. Allied has control after build, which usually takes two days.
Last year someone had a phone # for Allied and a call could be made, but they were not overly polite. Have your VIN # if you get the number.
My LMB Coupe was built 12-13/14-07 and delivered to Ma. on 1-5-07
Best of Luck, the wait is more than worthwhile.

OK,,, I think I can live with this, not that I have much choice.
Even at ten days, looks like I'll be turning in my coupe by the end of the month or the first week in April. My goal was to have the vert for Spring, so I'm right on schedule.
