Yes I did, I was with 124th Signal and G-6, I concur "damn shame I still talk like that
that was one Hellaicious 3 or 4 day drive from Kuwait to Tikrit. Blown up tanks and vehicles everywhere. My wife is over there now with the 25ID from Schofield here in Hawaii, she is in Kirkuk. Naw BB didnt give Hood that name. It was already called that prior to my first trip there in 1987.

so that was well before my time. (Not trying to make you feel old) I work with a lot of retired guys now as a civilian here at Hood. Life is pretty good these days. (I have a vette now) I would have to say the Army was good to me. I'm proud of the time I served and I'm thankful for where it has taken me. When I was a kid (even more so than I am now) I never imagined how things would be or the things I would do by this point in my life.
