KOOKS headers
Hey everyone, I'm getting a set of headers and off road pipes etc. installed on my car...the guy installing it is saying theres a problem with the driver side header. Just wondering if its normal for the driver side header to be touching anything...the passenger side sits perfectly fine and doesn't touch anything...the driver side is touching i beleive the body parts when fully tighten and doesn't line up fine with the xpipe etc...to make everything line up properly the header can't be fully tighten...anyone else experience this...any input would be greatly appreciated

my driver side header is touching the oil pan...right by the filter...
car sounds pretty mean....corsa catback exhaust with kooks headers and off road pipes...can't wait to get the bullets thrown on

The passenger side fits perfectly fine...the driver side is the side that is giving me problems If I jam it on...like I did...its touching and the tips for the exhaust don't fit perfectly :o

I'm having the same problem and can't remove the x-pipe from the coated header to try and re-align.

hey everyone....George @ kooks sent me a pm with his direct line...spoke to him and he has no problems fixing this problem for me by sending me out a new header.....
car sounds great...ive got the kooks headers...off road pipes and a corsa exhaust...i think the corsa exhaust is making it quieter then it should be....because i remember the kooks on my c5 with the hi-flo cats and the borlas was a lot louder....so to solve this problem ive got some B&B Bullets on order
