Hi everyone, I have a very annoying squeaky noise coming especially from the left side of the transparent top. I tried oiling the seals with lithium grease but no help. Any other tips ? Thanks !

There is a TSB that you dealer should have to replace the plastic guide and striker. The TSB is TSB# 05-08-59-003B. See this thread for some detail of the fix:
I got the squeeky roof also on my 2005 coupe, as I take my top of several times a day on a nice day.
I found a way to completely eliminate all coupe roof squeeks that also makes taking the top on and off much easier. The fix is replacing the squeeky coupe with a new convertible. Problem solved!
Not originally. It was out for '05's. I'd like to believe that they incorporated the fix from the factory for the '07's. Sorry 'bout that, I couldn't tell that you had an '07 as you didn't fill out your profile.
I also have that issue on my 07. I'm going to the dealer on monday. It was fine for the first 2000 miles and all of sudden started squeeking on the left and the right side toward the rear of the window. I will let u know what they say..
Silicone grease and spray to all mating surfaces, guides and pins. Has worked for my 3 roofs C5 and 6.
I also found that lowering the front roof edge as far as it will go helped C5 and 6 noises.

Seems to work for two or three days and then it always comes back. What an annoying POS.
Make sure you fully engage the rear roof latch. I had the same problem today. Even though the rear roof latch looked engaged, I pushed firmly on the rear latch then heard a click. I must have not pushed hard enough when I first engaged it. No more creaks.
Try this tap the window button and lower the windows off the stops (which are screwheads) say 1/16 of an inch. This stops all the noise in my car and since the windows are side-sealed you don't get an increase in wind noise either.
