looking at the owners manual I saw a warning against using high pressure washes which could cause the top to leak. Any Vert owners having problems like this or have any advice to offer about this issue?
Thanks

Ignore it. As long as your windows are full up, it is leakproof. I've been through extemely heavy downpours and also regularly through "laser Car Washes" that use high pressure, high volume and never had a single drop come in.
Thanks, that's what I wanted to hear. The concept didn't make a lot of sense to me considering one should be able to run down the interstate in the rain. That would put a lot of pressure on the top as well. I've had zero problems with my C6 coupe using a high pressure wash and had planned on using same cleaning routine with the Vert.

Also keep in mind that the manual tells you to obey the posted speed limit and all traffic signals.
Everything I have read claims these tops to be waterproof. Over time I'll believe it if i see it.
While I had not planned on using the power wash point blank on the top, I had planned on backing off, soaping it down, using a brush and rinsing it off. I tend to be more agressive with the body. I've always been a little careful around the seals on the windows and coupe top, never had a drop of water get into the car. Now I'm planning my strategy for a Vert which is currently in transit, I'm very impatiently waiting.
Only leaks I get are when I open the window or door when it is/has been raining and the water drops onto my left leg from that badly designed area near the windshield frame. I don't know if coupes leak there, though. Pretty nice power top I think. Chevrolet.

Coupe does the same thing but I don't consider it a bad design. Just part of the stealth package.
