So, it seems to look like I just joined this club. The dealer which used lifting pads had the edge of it on the (rocker panel, is it?) and put the slightest crack in it. About 1/2 an inch square where you can see the fibers pushed in. It is on the inner edge not outer.
This bothers me and will be calling the dealer in the morning as they are closed right now, I found the damage when I was cleaning the car at home.
My question is will this spread if it is not repaired? Because I can live with it as is right now, but I do not want it to crack up the sides where it can be seen. Just curious from those with experince with this very misfortuneate happenings.

Nah. I've had that happen a few times already, and it shouldn't spread.
I would make sure that the dealer knows, in writing and with a visual by his personnel, that this took place. That way, you won't have any problems in the future with "Not here!!" happening.
I think GM should send all dealers a TBS (if they haven't) on how to lift the car properly! Maybe put some stickers or a different color on the underside where to position the lift. There is simply no excuse for a GM dealer that services vettes and doesn't know how to properly lift it. I already had one incident and had I not been watching the moron my car would have been damaged for sure........
Looked them up on the web and sent an email to the service writer which I went to for the oil change today. Also linked shots of the damage to the email and will follow up with a phone call monday as they are closed right now.
Yes yes (panel)

Poor Well
That's repairable. I would have it repaired to prevent moisture from wicking down the composite's fibers, which can over time cause the damage to spread. Otherwise, it isn't very serious, mostly cosmetic.
