new o7 vert and question

My '07 vert is going into the shop Monday for upgraded speakers and amp , switch to Sirius from XM, and Ipod contoller... can't wait. Gonna see what it sounds like without a subwoofer as I'm not a fan of subwoofers in the trunk.

(2007 3LT convertible) Basically, I only listen to XM for the baseball games and sound quality isn't really an issue. FM is so-so, I've heard better but I've also heard a lot worse in some very expensive cars. The CD sound quality is OK, that's what I listen to for music most of the time anyway. With the top down I'd rather listen to the car than the radio. Never could understand those multi-thousand-dollar sound systems in a car . . . if you're that into the music, stay home and listen to it on your mega-bucks home system!
