Hello - Customer Service!
Gotta share this with you. This morning I email Chip at Custom Corvette Accessories about my Blackmaxx tunnel plate I ordered from them on the Group Purchase. I figure Easter Sunday, I will get something tomorrow. Nope within a couple of minutes got an answer from Chip and he tells me he is getting on a plane in a minute for a vacation with his wife. I email him back and give him some info on me and he emails me a couple of hours later with the tracking #. Now he has arrived where he is going and he is on the horn to me about a tracking #. Man that is over the top customer service!
And Chip if you are reading this, DO NOT respond you are on vacation!!
If we had chits for good customer service, I would send Chip a box of them!

Great to hear - - sounds like a great guy and an excellent company.
Too bad when it's the exception rather than the rule - - although I've generally found that every one of the forum sponsors are really customer focused.

I should have it on by Wednesday, got my exhaust system laying on the floor ready to go, so will wait to get the plate. I will do some pics and a write up.
