Wow, good question. I would think that it would. With that said, send a PM to Gerardo at Downsouth Vettes. He makes leather replacement shift ***** and may be able to offer some insight as to whether there is any difference between the two. I don't believe there is, but check with him to be safe. NO an A6 **** will not fit an A4. They have 2 far different ways they work and how installed on the shaft. I ended up installing a Momo shift **** and still had some minor things to do to make it work but it does. There are few if any options out there for the A4 and none I liked other than what I have now.
