I have the z51 vert,and recently changed out all my bose speakers,and added a 1400w 5channel amp.
The problem is if I turn it up the door panel make an annoying vibrating sound.
Has anyone here had the same problem?
i have had this problem with the stock bose system...i bet that if we were to stick some dynomat(spelling?) on the inside of the door panel it would go away, i talked to a audio shop near my house and he wanted $150 per door...

What is "dynomat" is that a coating? I wonder why the shop did not offer me that?
I will ask them about it,but I refuse to pay 150 per door thats nuts!

I've been noticing a rattle in my driver door panel, took it to the dealer who said they replaced a clip...which didn't help. It still rattles. Havn't done any system mods yet, still just have the bose system... I'm going to take it back to the dealership and have them look at it again. I'll let you know if they have any good advice...
If you do a search for door panel rattles you'll find some solutions.
I had the rattle and the dealer fixed it for me by pushing (hard) on one of the panel pins to seat it properly. The pins have ridges like the plastic zip ties used to bundle electrical wiring (or by police officers to secure suspect's hands) and if the pins are not fully seated - as may be the case if the panels have been removed and subsequently reinstalled - the panel may vibrate, especially with heavy bass from the stereo speakers.
It will help if you can isolate the location of the source of the noise. My wife pushed on various locations on the panel while it was vibrating until she found where the noise was coming from, and she marked it with a piece of masking tape. The dealer realized a panel pin was right near where the tape was and pushed - hard - on that spot. End of problem.
This remedy did NOT solve the problem for another forum member. You may need to replace your panel pins as perhaps the ridges got messed up during the removal or reinstall.
First, I agree with the dynamat suggestion regardless of any other outcome.
2nd - If the door panel has been removed more than once even, the white pin clip seats could be the problem. I had to remove my r/f door panel 3-4 times when doing my speaker swap (long story). The pins on the panel were fine but the pin seats mounted on the door became worn/deformed. I replaced 4 pins and door clips and my problem went away. The clip sets were about $1 or so each.
