I just bought a trailblazer SS,I want to use the corvette c6 emblems on it,you know like the SRT 10 trucks with the viper emblems on it,is there anything wrong with this?

It's your vehicle do what you want to it. You don't need anyone's approval here to do what you want. If you like it then do it! You're sure to get negative opinions and in that case read the first sentence again.

The viper emblems are a natural because both are called SRT-10s sharing the engine and source.

The LS2 is shared, but they dont have the same source (since GM doesn't have a high performance team designing cars (AFAIK SS is just a badge, not a design team). I would say avoid the flags on a non-vette.

The C6 emblem designates a model of Corvette not the engine. I wouldn't do it but it's your car.

I'm kind of a purest.....if you put a non correct emblem on a vehicle it doesn't matter to me if it's 'close' or 'makes sense' or is just plain foolish. It's your vehicle so put whatever you want on it....I think 1967 396 crossed flags are really neat and would actually prefer those.....what the heck.....most people are too young to even know what they originally came from....
