and there is no latch and other parts.

The roof is available both ways-with and without hardware.Why would you order it without the hardware?Is it a replacement for your current roof that is going bad?If so you can reuse the hardware from it.Ordering it ala carte would seem to be the pricier way to do it,as just the headliner costs about $125. discounted from our forum vendors.

You may be getting someones stripped polycarbonate top,the hulk left after GM provided a replacement SMC top and switched the hardware.If that is the case it may not be worth the cost of shipping it to you.
