Split Spoke Wheels
The new split spoke wheels are kind of growing on me. I have a feeling that once they use up their inventory of old style chromes there will appear a split spoke chrome. The new wheel quickly differentiates a 2008 model like it or not.

When I first saw both 2008 wheel designs I liked the split spoke design the best, but the more I look at them the more I like the new 5 spoke (gumby) design of the polished wheels much better. I also like the fact that the polished wheels are lighter since they are forged.
If I was ordering a 2008 I'd get the polished five spokes for sure.

Was not sure what to think when I first saw pictures, but I was at Indy this weekend for pole qualifying and there were numerous pace cars in the infield. Must admit, the split spoke wheels are pretty good looking in person.
