On Thursday I joined the local Corvette Club, I noticed a Cruise to Wallace, ID Depot Days was this weekend. The weather was spectacular, a great day for a cruise. I really did not realize that this was a car show, when we got there all the other Vette owners got out and cleaned off all the bugs and dusted their cars, very nice. I was shocked as I had nothing to clean up my car so I walked to a hardware store and bought a spray bottle and some terry cloth towels, went back and cleaned off my car so I wouldn't feel like a dumb ****. I had to leave early so I could watch the NASCAR race, I wasn't there when they annouced the winners. I got a call this afternoon from one of the club members informing me that I had won a trophy. How cool is that, went on a cruise, that ended up being a car show, and won a trophy.
I also met some very nice people, I reccomend joining your local Vette club.
